Arab Film Fest Tulsa welcomes all. Each film will be subtitled. For the festival schedule, film trailers, tickets, programs, and reception information, visit circlecinema.org/afft.

Renowned film and lit organization Mizna brings its Arab Film Fest Tulsa back for a third year in collaboration with Circle Cinema and Tulsa Artist Fellowship, presenting contemporary Arab and SWANA (Southwest Asian and North African) directors and showcasing a deeply underrepresented, diverse, and brilliant world of film.

Festival participants will experience critically acclaimed indie films and documentaries from EGYPT, LEBANON, MOROCCO, PALESTINE, SUDAN, and WESTERN SAHARA, talks with Sahrawi artist/filmmaker Mohamed Sleiman Labat & other special guests, and opening/closing parties with local restaurants and music. This year's festival features Cannes favorite Palestinian dark comedy MEDITERRANEAN FEVER, Sudanese revolutionary art film THE DAM, environment and indigeneity experimental doc DESERT PHOSfate (pay-what-you-can with filmmaker talk), anti-colonial Egyptian action period piece KIRA & EL GIN, Lebanese pigeons, players, and politics doc KASH KASH, and finale double feature on women outsiders and bonds--immigrant drama LES CHENILLES and Moroccan feminist road adventure QUEENS.

Individual film tickets are $8 each. You can attend all six film screenings and receive a special Mizna gift by purchasing the $30 all-access pass until Tuesday, November 7. Tulsa Artist Fellowship is committed to arts accessibility. Ticket subsidy is available for audience members experiencing hardship.
